One life was claimed following a crash between a vehicle and a pedestrian at West Smith Avenue and Weaver Street in Darlington after 9 p.m. on Tuesday, April 4th. South Carolina Highway Patrol identified the pedestrian as 42-year-old Michael Small of Darlington.
