PICKENS CO., SC – A Liberty man died Thursday night after his pickup truck crashed into another vehicle along a highway in Pickens County.
The accident occurred at 8:16 p.m. on Old Greenville Highway near Liberty and Pendleton.
Police say that for unknown reasons, a pickup truck and a jeep collided head-0n on Old Greenville Highway.
The driver of the pickup truck, identified as Jonathan Hall, died at the scene of the accident.
Medics transported the driver of the jeep to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
A full investigation is underway.
