Narrative
MARION CO., SC – The driver of a Toyota died on Wednesday night between Peedee and Marion after a solo crash along the highway.
The collision occurred on Highway 76 at Shepherd Road, which is northwest of Shiloh United Methodist Church and southeast of US-301.
Police say the driver lost control of their eastbound 2003 Toyota SUV and overturned after leaving the highway.
The crash killed the driver at the scene. Authorities have not yet released their identity to the public.
