Narrative
ANDERSON CO., SC – A Williamson man was killed when his vehicle collided with a tanker truck southwest of White Plaines on Monday night.
Troopers say a car, driven by 22-year-old Michal Black, crossed the center line near the intersection of Welcome Rd and Alliance Pkwy and slammed into the oncoming tanker.
Black was pronounced dead at the scene a short time later.
The truck’s driver was unhurt.
