Narrative
GREENVILLE, SC – Three people, including a South Carolina deputy, went to the hospital Friday night after a pursuit and collision at a busy Greenville intersection.
The crash occurred just after 10 p.m. at the intersection of North Pleasantburg Drive and Montebello Drive, which is just east of Piney Mountain Park.
Authorities say that a driver evaded police during an attempted stop and ultimately collided with a second police vehicle, injuring a deputy.
The driver and passenger sustained unspecified injuries. The deputy sustained non-critical injuries.
