A pedestrian’s life was claimed after getting struck by a vehicle on South Pine Street near Whitestone Glendale Road in Spartanburg before 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 21st. South Carolina Highway Patrol identified the pedestrian as 36-year-old Anthony Devaughn Allen from Roebuck. No additional details are available at this time.
